ABOUT DIRC
The Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference (DIRC) was started in 2018 as a joint initiative by three entities focused on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): Aleria, a DEI tech company, ARC, a research nonprofit organization, and QSDI, a former academic center at CUNY (no longer active). Since 2018, the DIRC team has been putting on a world-class conference bringing together researchers, industry professionals and other community leaders in order to foster increased collaboration to drive progress in workplaces, communities and society at large.

DIRC24 marks the seventh annual DIRC event! We are thrilled by the success of our conference, which has established itself as the premiere event at the intersection of research, corporate, government, philanthropic and other DEI efforts and activities.
