12:00-12:15 - Opening remarks and explanation of how the event will be conducted

12:15-1:15 - A series of lightning talks describing real-world case studies showing measurable impact, as well as initiatives and framework directly related to creating and measuring DEI Impact.

1:15-2:15 - What is the future of DEI? The first roundtable introduced a number of topics, which were then discussed by the audience in the breakout sessions.

2:15-3:15 - Multiple simultaneous breakout sessions, each focused on a specific topic. Each breakout was asked to generate 2-3 specific recommendations to shape the DEI Impact Framework. Topics included:

• The future of DEI leaders

• DEI terminology and definitions

• A DEI Impact Guide for the industry

• What is DEI impact?

• DEI as an organizational practice

• What is the why behind the why?

• The crucial role of managers

3:15-3:45 - BREAK.

3:45-4:45 - The second roundtable shared key findings from all the breakouts.

4:45-5:00 - The closing remarks announced details and a timeline for people to sign up to participate in the next stage of our journey.
