This panel explores the way in which a STEM mindset can shape the way we approach D&I. We bring together D&I leaders from various sectors to help us shed light on how a STEM mindset can lead to unique approaches to diversity and inclusion within organizations. Drawing on their varied backgrounds in STEM and other fields, panelists will discuss the value of using various research approaches both internally and from external resources, setting goals, and seeing tangible results from their unique approaches to D&I.
