Cultural Change from Within: Activating Change in the Workplace

Any person has the power to become a catalyst for change. This workshop will review transferable strategies used historically by social justice activists to spark change within the workplace. It will review steps to not only discuss the need for change within companies but how to pivot towards personal values and move to action regardless of the role or title held by the individual. During this workshop, participants may expect to craft their own committed action plan to start the process of shifting the culture of their organization immediately.
