Discovery in the Dark

This workshop creates a safe space for participants to bring their full selves, with all their diverse identities, into an interactive examination of bias, stigma and belonging. Over the course of the event, facilitators lead a dialogue focusing on preconceived notions, “–isms” and individual value. Conversations are held both in small groups and among all participants to offer a broad range of interpersonal dynamics, responses, and reactions with several iterations of small groups and plenary discussions.
