Kelsey Kaul (she/her)

Kelsey Kaul is an award-winning researcher on diversity and inclusion and startups. A current student of Northeastern University’s Organizational Leadership Doctoral program, Kelsey explores the intersection of diversity and inclusion, technology and entrepreneurship. Her work has been published by Strategic HR Review, shared at the international Diversity in Organizations, Communities & Nations Research conference and featured in Northeastern University’s global research symposium.

Kelsey holds a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. At work, as a Cooperative Education faculty, Kelsey supports Masters in Engineering students to find their first jobs in the technology sector. A native of Boston, prior to moving to Seattle in 2018 she taught sustainability at Harvard University. 

Kelsey has lived and taught around the world, she received a Fulbright Fellowship in Malaysia and teaching fellowships in India and Indonesia. Kelsey’s work in cross-cultural exchange has been recognized by former Secretary of State John Kerry and former President Barack Obama. 

When she’s not researching or connecting with her students, she’s on her peloton or making Indian food.
