Lola is a Senior Managing Director of Innovation Consulting with Salesforce's Digital Strategy and Design group. In her strategy and innovation work, she helps organizations achieve strategic goals through a blend of analysis, partnering, storytelling, and creative problem-solving. She is also the Global President of BOLDforce, the firm's 7,000+ member employee resource group for black employees and allies. Outside of work, her personal passion for and commitment to serving others has led to her board work at various organizations. In addition, she is the founder of Silver & Riley, an attainable luxury travel and fashion accessories brand that creates Italian leather goods at the intersection of style and function.
