Ravi Kudesia

In today's era of information overload, we need teams more than ever to make important decisions and solve our most pressing problems. The hope is that when people with diverse information and expertise come together in teams, they will produce a "collective intelligence" that surpasses the abilities of any individual team member. But teams often fail to achieve this collective intelligence. In this session, we explore research suggesting that diversity alone is not enough for collective intelligence, but that teams must unlock the value of diversity by leveraging the wisdom of disagreement.
