Dr. Ying Zhou
Tech Incubator at Queens College
Dr. Ying Zhou is the Program Director of the Tech Incubator at Queens College. Ying serves as a mentor to the students and an advisor to entrepreneurs and startups, with a focus on technology and innovation. Ying had previously worked in Technology Advisory Services at PwC for 19 years. She is an information technology professional with broad experience in project and program management, risk management, quality management, enterprise application security and controls design and implementation, methodologies and tools. Ying has extensive experience in training program design and delivery to a variety of audiences. She is passionate about cross-sector collaboration, interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, design and design thinking, emerging technology, entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
