Enrich Scholars
Our goal is to reduce the racial wealth gap.
To do so, Enrich acts as a financial partner to high performing underrepresented college students (Enrich Scholars) as they enter the workforce and beyond. We start with quality job placement, and develop support for smart financial decision making, but our support goes much further. We continue to support our Scholars as they enter the workforce through assistance in transitioning to working life, because first year success is a massive indicator of retention and long-term success.
To place students, we partner with universities and student groups to recruit Enrich Scholars into our program. Once in the program, Scholars have access to job discovery services, document review, and interview preparation services. We also partner with companies looking to increase their diverse recruiting pipelines. Once prepped, we match our Scholars to interview opportunities at our partner companies.
We are currently partnered with over 20 colleges representing over 17,000 students of color. Additionally, we are partnered with 10+ companies (3 Fortune 500s) and are currently looking to sign on new partners.
