Lola Banjo, Strategic Innovation Executive at Salesforce, is a dynamic, motivated and energetic corporate strategist with a passion for advancing women and underrepresented minorities. She has spent the majority of her career helping organizations like Estee Lauder, Kellogg's, CVS and Coca-Cola prioritize and achieve strategic goals through a blend of partnering, ideation, creative solutioning and problem solving. She uses the same thinking to ideate on tangible solutions to address the diversity challenge along with a personal passion and commitment to serving others, especially through her work with Code/Interactive, an organization that supports youth from underserved demographics by helping make them competitive in the digital world via a computer science education.
She holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering w/ minors in Mathematics, Economics and Computer Science from Rutgers University, a M.S. in Financial Engineering and a Grad Certificate in Risk Management from New York University, and a MBA in Strategy, Finance and Decision Sciences from Emory University. She has also studied at top business schools around the world including FGV-Rio (Brazil), WHU-Koblenz (Germany) and RSM-Erasmus (Netherlands). She is an avid photographer and world traveler, having visited 90+ countries and counting.
