Toni Shoola (she/her)

Director of Operations, ARC

​​Toni Shoola is the Director of Operations at ARC where she creates, manages, and implements organizational systems and policies as well as supports and directs various activities of the organization including the annual Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Toni has both a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Africana Studies, and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Social Justice. Toni has worked for both local and national nonprofit organizations working to create change in the areas of education, income, health, nonprofit sustainability and capacity building, civic engagement, and pretrial justice reform.
